Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is vital – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having signed for the Optional Admin Services package, you will enjoy weekly backups of your entire VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to set up and configure anything. What’s more the backup copies are kept on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard disks. It means that your data will always be safe and sound, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure special software applications on it. And if this may sound like something too difficult for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the right solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our expert sysadmins who will install and configure any software package or solve any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an optional feature.
